General Terms and Conditions of Contract for all Customers of the facilities and services offered by the company Mineral Stone with VAT ID B56175011

Effective from 01/08/2023

Article 1. GENERAL CONTRACTUAL TERMS 1.1 The owner of the establishment setting forth these general contractual conditions to regulate the use of its facilities (onwards referred to as the “Conditions”) is the company MINERAL STONE SL (onwards referred to as “MS”), with VAT ID B56175011, registered office at 17001 (Girona), Carrer Sèquia 11, Office 1-2, Phone: +34 638 67 39 03, email hola@lrgcoc.com

1.2 These Conditions shall apply to all guests, tenants, or clients in general (onwards collectively referred to as “Customers”). Whenever applicable, all individuals present on the premises operated by MS for any reason shall also adhere to these rules. Consequently, the customer is obliged to refrain from using the services for unlawful purposes and/or contrary to the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, in a way that infringes upon the rights and/or interests of third parties, or in any way harms MS or any of its properties, associated brands, image, or provided services.



2.1.1 The use of services provided by MS implies full and unconditional acceptance and validity of each and every General Condition (which will be deemed incorporated by law into the contract concluded with MS, without requiring transcription), included in the latest updated version of this document.

2.1.2 Online Pre-Reservation services are purely informative, and their purpose is solely to offer to users the possibility to check room availability at the chosen hotel or city. Within 24 hours, the user will receive an email confirming the reservation, which will only become binding once MS has accepted the reservation through confirmation via email and subsequent payment by the user. Users should verify the Reservation confirmation and immediately report any errors to MS in writing.


2.1.3 Online Reservation Services
a. The purpose of Online Reservation Services is to reserve a room/apartment managed by MS. b. Contracting procedure: Whenever the user utilizes the service, they will receive confirmation via email containing order purchase information, serving as proof of the reservation.
c. Guarantee: The reservation is confirmed and secured with a credit card. If the customer does not show up without prior notice, the full stay will be charged (including VAT and taxes).
d. Termination of Agreement or Reservation Cancellation: The credit card serves as a guarantee. The customer won’t be charged a cancellation fee as long as the cancellation has made before the deadline specified in our cancellation policy. Once this threshold has been exceeded, MS will charge a cancellation fee as compensation, equivalent to the cost of the full stay (including VAT and taxes). This clause will not apply to reservations made with special rates. In such cases, the respective special conditions will apply.
e. Room and Night Rates: Rates are valid only in writing and for the indicated period. If there are justified reasons, MS reserves the right to modify these rates without prior notice.
Rates related to the reservation are indicated during the booking process. Rates are subject to VAT/sales taxes, as well as any additional applicable tax in accordance with the local regulations of each country. The aforementioned local taxes must be paid as indicated by MS.

2.2 CANCELLATIONS, Cancellation Charges.
For individual customers, no charges will be made if the reservation is cancelled at least 15 days before the arrival date.
If cancelled at least 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged. If cancelled within 7 days or less before the arrival date, the full cost will be charged.
In case of a no-show, the total cost of the stay will be charged.
For reservations made by Tour Operators (TTOOs) and travel agencies for groups, as well as direct groups with more than 5 apartments, no charges will be made if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival date.
If cancelled within less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the stay will be charged.

2.3 REDUCTIONS In the case of partial cancellations, i.e., reductions in reservations, the same charges as in the Cancellations section will apply.

Article 3. RIGHT TO MODIFY GENERAL TERMS AND/OR CONDITIONS The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to unilaterally modify any of the provisions of these General Terms and/or Conditions, in the manner it deems necessary, informing users of the modifications made through www.gironalife.com.

4.1 MS does not guarantee the reliability, availability, and continuity of the services provided to users and, as a result, disclaims any responsibility for damages and/or losses of any kind that may arise due to their lack. However, to the extent possible, MS will provide technical assistance to the affected parties. Likewise, MS will attempt to solve the interruption and, whenever possible, offer alternative measures to the user.
4.2 MS is not obliged to monitor, nor has it previously monitored, the contents or the presence of viruses or other elements that may cause alterations to the user’s software or hardware, or to the people visiting the site. Therefore, MS is not responsible for damages, losses, and/or damages of any kind that may arise from them.
4.3 If, despite acting with due diligence and foresight, MS cannot provide the reserved rooms due to reasons not attributable to MS, or if it is impossible to provide the services under the agreed terms and conditions, MS must offer the user the possibility to choose between a full refund or replacement with other rooms of similar category or quality.
If as a result of the replacement, the service is of inferior category or quality, MS must refund the difference.

Pets are not allowed within the buildings managed by MS, except for those apartments that have been adapted and designated to accommodate dogs. Any dog must have been pre-approved in writing with the corresponding daily fee to guarantee subsequent cleaning and disinfection of the apartment.
Dogs should not be left alone inside the apartments, nor in outdoor or common areas without supervision. In common areas, they must remain leashed, and the ultimate responsibility for any damage they may cause lies with the owner.
Dog owners will be responsible for compensating or rectifying any damage caused by the animal. Entry of dangerous dogs is prohibited.

a. Hanging clothes on the facade, outside the hotel, or on room terraces.
b. Drugs, narcotics, or similar substances, the possession or consumption of which is prohibited in Spain.
c. Using the facilities for purposes other than those intended, unless expressly authorized in writing.
d. Generating noise that could disturb other neighbours or guests, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
e. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, as well as on balconies, terraces, or common areas of buildings managed by MS.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any disputes that may arise regarding their validity, execution, fulfilment, or resolution, in whole or in part, MS and the user, with express waiver of their own jurisdiction or any other that may correspond to them, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Girona.
This contract constitutes the total and complete agreement between MS and the user and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements, commitments, statements, and agreements that previously existed between the parties.
In any case, any controversy arising from the provision of services at the customer’s place of accommodation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Consumer Courts and Tribunals.

Article 8. PRIVACY
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR), we inform you that your personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently by MINERAL STONE, S.L., for the purpose of managing your stay and related service operations necessary for its proper functioning, as well as legal obligations inherent to the service. MINERAL STONE, S.L. informs that the data will be retained only for the time strictly necessary to comply with the aforementioned precepts and while liabilities persist.
