- Pets are welcome in designated apartments, subject to prior approval and applicable fees.
- We cherish our community's peace; therefore, no parties are allowed, and we observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

- Our accommodations do not feature cable services.
- Select apartments such as the Studio Apartment types do not include an oven.
- Anticipate some vibrant nightlife sounds from nearby establishments, particularly from Thursday to Saturday. We provide white noise machines and earplugs upon request.
Flexible cancellation
Individual bookings can be canceled without a charge 15 days prior to arrival. A 50% fee is charged for cancellations within 15 days, and full charges apply within 7 days or for no-shows. Group bookings must be canceled at least 30 days in advance to avoid charges.
