How does check-in work?

We don’t have a traditional reception. Instead, you’ll receive a code for entry along with easy and detailed information for your stay.

Is there an elevator?

Yes, an elevator is available for your convenience.

Can I store my luggage before check-in?

Provided that we have an open apartment available, we offer luggage storage before the official check-in time.

Is there a washing machine?

Yes, each apartment is equipped with a washing machine.

Do apartments offer room separation?

Certain apartments have doors separating the living room and bedroom.

Are pets allowed?

Small dogs are permitted in some units of the residences with a surcharge that includes extra cleaning and a bed for them.

 

Do you offer cycling rentals?

While we don’t offer rentals, we can recommend trusted services for cycling, tours and more.

Location & Connectivity

How far are you from the train station?

Our residences are a few minutes away by foot from the train station. (10 to 17 min walk)

Is there an airport shuttle?

Yes, we offer a paid shuttle service to Girona-Costa Brava Airport, which is 17 km away.

Are you bike-friendly?

Absolutely, we accommodate bikes in all locations, including inside rooms.

​

What type of cleaning services do you offer?

We offer professional daily cleaning with towel and linen change every 3 days. Mid-term rentals have a weekly cleaning option.

What is your minimum booking requirement?

A minimum of 2-night booking is required.

What amenities come standard in the rooms?

All apartments have a seating area, fully equipped kitchen, TV, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and robust free WiFi. Aircon (with a heating option)

Do you offer family-friendly rooms?

Yes, we accommodate children easily with sofa beds, cots or separate rooms.

Is parking available?

We don’t offer on-site parking, but we offer close-by parking spaces upon request once you've made your booking. Free outdoor parking is also available nearby.

Activities & Nearby Attractions

Best rides nearby?

Rocacorba (17km), Els Angels (10km) and Mare de Deu del Mont (50km) are some of the most famous rides in Girona. 

​

Beaches nearby?

Some of the most beautiful beaches of Costa Brava are 30-40 minutes drive away.

​

Where to swim?

Banyoles lake is 20km away for outdoor training and GEIG Sant Ponç offers an indoor swimming pool just in front of La Comuna Residence.

Special Needs

Where can I store my bicycle?

You’re welcome to keep it in your apartment.

Do you have handicapped access?

Even though all our apartments are located in old stone buildings, all the corridors and doors have elevator access and ample space to transit with a wheelchair.
